Growing up in Melbourne, Australia as the daughter of a Persian father and Italian mother, Behani instantly gravitated towards music during her childhood. She put her head down and focused, crafting a distinct signature style and turning heads across the industry. Eventually, she caught the attention of iconic mega-producer Scott Storch [Dr. Dre, Beyoncé] who invited her to the studio. With Scott behind the board, she duetted with the legendary Ne-Yo on her debut single “Real Man.” Behani matches the dynamics of her music to her ever-evolving personality. Reflecting life’s ebb, flow, and everything in between, she dips in and out of upbeat R&B, sensuous pop, swaggering hip-hop, and saucy Latin-inspired and Afro-centric vibes.
