Tilly from Double Life is Flowey. Yes, Jimmy is no longer Asriel, rather he takes a role I think is arguably more fitting. The actual Asriel replacement for BTWB2 might be pretty obvious already, but I'm going to make the reveal as painstakingly drawn out as possible (the asriel replacement won't be revealed til Track 71 drops) s'yeah.

The implication here is that there's civilization beyond the World Border, yeah. Though what that is can be left up to interpretation.

Big and Bloop take the roles of Lesser and Greater Dog, and this is a unique Canine Unit-exclusive battle theme (besides for Greater Dog, but I think you knew that). Kevin MacLeod's Monkeys Spinning Monkeys is oddly fitting.

Gem (GeminiTay) is Chara, and she manifests / astral projects (the astral projection 'superpower' from Wild Life, pretty much) to ward off the Watcher terrorizing the player.
