Het zijn drukke weken bij Club met heel veel midweekvoetbal en dus ook veel wedstrijden. Aan afgelopen week hielden wij als blauw-zwarte fans een heel dubbel gevoel over. Enerzijds blij met het resultaat en spel in de wedstrijd tegen Charleroi. Anderzijds viel de 3-3 van Kortrijk in de slotseconden ons wel heel zwaar op de maag na een felbevochten comeback. Opnieuw heel veel om over bij te praten voor Tibo, Mathias, William en Nicolas in deze aflevering die overigens ook live werd uitgezonden op Facebook en YouTube waarbij de kijkers live vragen konden insturen.

O vice-presidente do Superior Tribunal de Justiça, ministro Og Fernandes, indeferiu o habeas corpus que pedia a revogação da prisão preventiva de um homem investigado sob a suspeita de envolvimento com terrorismo.
A prisão ocorreu no âmbito da Operação Trapiche, na qual a Polícia Federal, em cooperação com o FBI, teria confirmado a cooptação de brasileiros para o ingresso em organização extremista e a prática de atos preparatórios de terrorismo.
Após viagem ao Líbano para uma suposta interação com o grupo Hezbollah, o investigado foi preso temporariamente em novembro do ano passado, medida convertida em prisão preventiva no mês seguinte. Um inquérito policial foi instaurado perante a Justiça Federal de Belo Horizonte para apurar os fatos.
A defesa impetrou habeas corpus no Tribunal Regional Federal da 6ª Região, alegando excesso de prazo da prisão preventiva. A liminar foi negada, sob entendimento de que a demora se justifica diante da complexidade da investigação, mas determinou prazo de 15 dias para a conclusão das diligências pendentes.
No STJ, a defesa sustentou que não teve acesso aos documentos do inquérito e que a prisão é ilegal, pois já teriam se passado 90 dias sem o oferecimento da denúncia. Ao indeferir o habeas corpus, o ministro Og Fernandes, explicou que o pedido da defesa não pode ser acolhido, já que o TRF6 ainda não deliberou sobre o mérito do habeas corpus impetrado naquela instância.
