There's a whole lot of #anxiety and anticipation when you're about to make the first step towards getting something you want, so much so that most people get paralyzed.

You could want to start your weight loss or body building journey. Or you may want to start that business, apply for your dream job, or hell, you may just want to ask your crush for his/her number. 
Whatever it is it's easy to get #stuck before you even start. Give yourself a kick and get going, because the sooner you #start, the sooner you'll get that thing you've been dying to have.

Too often we #beat ourselves up.

When we just start doing something we are going to #suck; that's unavoidable. And we need to stop pressing ourselves so hard about it.

When I started #media production, I thought I was horrible. I didn't want to show anyone my #work. But over time I learned that it was all a part of life.

If we're just #patient with ourselves and our process, things will run a lot smoother, we'll be a lot calmer, and we'll actually get stuff done.
