No matter where you are in life, we all have the right to feel appreciated and that starts with appreciating ourselves, flaws and all. I share some things that have helped me keep up the self love in tough times.

In a world that often places too much emphasis on achievement and meeting unrealistic standards, it’s crucial to remember that our worth doesn’t depend on what’s going on outside of us. 

Don’t let past mistakes or fear of the future hold you back from being your best right now. I discuss how I deal with the challenges of living in hustle culture and what looking within means to me.
