I just realized the 'soap opera' nature of this series. Kinda like Dark Shadows, reaching what was it... over 1000 episodes? It really is a masterpiece in serialized storytelling. :)

This one has some seriously haunting elements (the strange voices that seem like psychotic/evil screams), but with windows of sunshine.... so the listener still has a small sense of hope.

seems like the soundtrack for a dream that scares the !@#$ outta me and then charges to a pastoral scene but when I wake I can't recall what it was all about

Initially I thought that 'Taffeta' posts were perhaps connected (part of a suite), I have since realised that it is more of a place of experiment. Having said that any of the Taffeta pieces I have heard, in my head at least, appear to have a suggested narrative to listeners, who are listening for that. I may have to dig deeper on Bandcamp. Very impressive work on all fronts. Thank you so much for sharing Belial.

"the pelegim effect" - when youre simply just "what the heck"  <3

Spoiler alert: the story is about a pianist who get’s distracted by some eerie noises. They seem to come from outside so the pianist starts dwelling through the huge garden but he can’t see shit due to the thick fog. He stumbles on a spooky merry-go-round filled with ghosts. One starts playing a Jurassic park-like theme on a barrel organ which makes him realize he’s reunited with his long lost and very dead family. Yeah, wished I was 18 again, grinning with a big spliff in my left hand, watching this movie on a rainy Sunday. Hell, any setting will do. Just keep on posting stories like these!

One day my brain decided I was going to write a tune called "The Sleeping Moon" and it would start with a ticking clock. 
So here it is in all its piano-led orchestral glory. It's pretty melancholic and, dare I say, quite beautiful.
