Project Mavara is a Vancouver-based DJ partnership between nomads Sina and Siavosh who are showcasing a unique spell of deep melodies and rhythms derived from underground sounds, diverse musical styles, and various cultural influences owing to their Middle Eastern herritage.

In late 2014, as close friends, Sina and Siavosh began their creative musical exchanges and output as Project Mavara. Playing as a duo has given both a chance to let their imagination and musical eclecticism flow freely and allows them to continuously reinvent their own sonic vision. In the process, they have managed to bridge the perspective of two varied, yet familiar backgrounds bound by the ultimate desire to forge a unique electronic signature and connect with audiences with the same passion for music.

In the past few years, as Blueprint Events resident DJs, Project Mavara has had the privilege of sharing the decks with notable artists and DJs, including, Adriatique, Andhim, Lee Burridge, Art Department, Yokoo, Gab Rhome, and many more. Currently, as Deep Down Inside resident DJs at M.I.A. Nightclub in their hometown of Vancouver, Project Mavara continues to hold no musical boundary to surprise the people on the dance floor. They are always searching for the striking impulses in club music to turn the hours on the dance floor into special and lasting moments. It is the distinct sounds, basslines, and melodies that fuse and surface during sets that are best proof for their deep and profound love for underground dance music.

Bella Mafia started Basstopia in 2025 throwing DJ events in Auckland and Wellington. She is a NZ born international MC since 2005, performing throughout New Zealand, Portugal, South Korea and the UK.  She found her love for mixing and is now DJing her own sets at NZ festivals (Earth beat / AUM) and performing around some of the hottest radio stations (BaseFM) and clubs (Red bar, Fitzroy) in the Auckland scene and (The Garden Hotel) in Wellington.  Currently signed with the NZ record label ‘Nexus Project’, Bella has been working hard on featuring on most of their ambient liquid dnb tracks, which she loves to DJ and perform the vocals for live. Her unique skill to MC and DJ at the same time separates her from the rest.  Bella’s style is best suited to dub, jungle drum and bass and liquid dnb.  These tracks are complimented with her sexy, soulful vocals and freestyle rapping skills that bring the party to life. Bella Mafia brings the most amazing vibe and big energy to the stage that makes you feel alive, connected and want to party.  Bella is more than just a DJ and MC that loves music, she tells a story through her sets, with her organic music selects that take the listener on an intense ride where they feel a range of emotions from her music, whilst being mesmerised by the journey her lyrics will take you on. Bella is a conscious music lover and is also found to be jamming with other DJ’s playing tribal house, the latest drum and bass, tech house, minimal techno and psytrance.
