The Gayatri mantra is one of the oldest and most powerful of Sanskrit mantras. It is believed that by chanting the Gayatri mantra and firmly establishing it in the mind, if you carry on your life and do the work that is ordained for you, your life will be full of happiness.
The word "Gayatri" itself explains the reason for the existence of this mantra. It has its origin in the Sanskrit phrase Gayantam Triyate iti, and refers to that mantra which rescues the chanter from all adverse situations that may lead to mortality.

This was inspired by having a couple of days distraught with so much change where I could not find my purpose. Like I had lost my set of keys for life... for someone like me this was a catastrophe as now I am technically homeless hopping from couch to couch on my way to Burning Man for my first time no ticket home, no plan... except the purpose of DJing Burning Man. For me it's sharing music I believe can bring the Spirit of the individual into their dance or at least it does that for me.  It intensely cleans out heavyness, womps in Mother Earth or some inspiring sounds and feelings/knowledge... This purpose drove me to release grip of security in my life and flow and go for it here in the Bay area, My DJ teacher promised me a set at Burning Man if I got a ticket... so here I am. I took all the change and discomfort from growth and redirected the energy which equates I'm making a remix almost daily in preparation as some sort of soothing therapy... with some message in it from some angle to input these sounds... old wisdom through a modern medium known as BASSSSSS in it's blasting glory
