Found this on my computer. Recorded it back in 2013 for a studio that wanted me to sing for them in a different language. I believe they were Assyrian and that this is Aramaic. I have since lost the lyrics and the contacts at the studio. We never did release this song anywhere, so here it is. If anyone knows the lyrics or anything else about this song, leave a comment :)

                              

Ma Rideh

I recorded this song at home using my Macbook Pro. I had never really done anything like this before, so this track is the first of its kind and it is here "as is." I realize that at around the 36th second I sound like I'm saying "podrés" instead of "podrás" but I really meant "podrás." I hope to record more songs and post them in the future.

Como Yo Te Amé

I was digging through some folders on my computer and found this song my sister and I recorded in late 2010, when she and I were practicing what we were going to sing at her wedding.  

We recorded twice and then I decided to overlap the two recordings just to see how it would come out. I totally had forgotten I did this. Totally amateur recording. 

The track is from Mario Frangoulis version of "Come What May" so you can sometimes still hear his echo in the background where his vocals weren't quite eliminated.

The vocals are interesting. I can tell that my sister sings the first verse melody and I sing the harmony, but then I also come in with melody at some point (probably the second recording). I love when my sister does harmony, though; it sounds so good! Toward the end, when I'm harmonizing, I can hear where in the first recording, I must have sung it one way, and then in the second recording, I sang it differently, so it sounds a bit weird when it's overlapped.

I've been singing since I was born practically. I could probably harmonize since I was a few years old. My parents both sing and sang professionally in their day. My siblings all sing as well. I've never done anything professionally because it's been a hobby/passion of mine and I've never thought of it as a career. Maybe one day I will, who knows...
