He is playing as a dj since 1999. House, techno, breakbeat, progressive, disco, nu disco, down- and midtempo house - he played a lot of styles during this two decades and hundreds of parties and this rich mixture of musical vibes did not disappear without a trace; during his sets you can discover many moods - this is why his sets will never be one-sided and boring.
In these days his favourite styles are melodic techno and deep house. He likes oriental and tribal vibes and he tries to mix these warmer feelings with the colder melodic techno sounds to create a balance between them.
He plays warm up sets too because he likes the slower rhythms and nice deep sounds as well.

Bio

The mind behind of Avika (a.k.a. Gabriella Mravik) is an enthusiastic vinyl collector, selector and DJ based in Hungary, Budapest. She started her carrier as a breaks and drum and bass DJ in 2009 under the artistname of DSH. However her work is also unavoidable in Hungary for broken rhythm lovers she was always open for other music genres like techno and house.

The idea of creating an alterego inspired by her family name arrived just in 2013 - since then Avika has become a serious side-project and complementation of her deep musical thinking. In the past years her name is coming up in lineups where worldwide known techno DJs and producers are playing like Charlotte De Witte, Mateo, Gaga, Metha, Mira Joo, Blankah, Ruiz Sierra, KIKO, and Undercatt. Her selection is always an emotional fusion of past, present and future mixed smoothly by ears and heart. Currently she is a member of the Be Massive Records team, residencing the HERZ (Corvin Club) and SWITCH (Kikoto) party series in her home city Budapest, but she is regularly playing nation-wide. She was a choir singer in her childhood, but never really learned music theory or music making in school, meanwhile her choosen profession being a software engineer, a tech-mind helped her to excel - however as a 'raw talent' she threats sounds with pure intuition, passion and openmindness. Her focus, diligence and endurance are the key points ensuring an outstanding performance leading her crowd through a memorable journey.

During the summer of 2013, the idea of creating a joint composition came up at a small friends gathering. The name of this formation got to be known as ‘Dubecticut’. After a few months, working in a common garage serving as their own home studio, they began to gain a growing determination and creativity. From summer of 2019 Dubecticut became to a single formation, because they have to live in different cities.

His goal is to create a new type of electronic music with a wholly different approach, using the combination of different styles of electronic music which touches people on a daily basis, and that also creates a new sort of relationship between people and music. Among his long term plans is the development of his live act productions, this is expected to raise their music to a new level and bond a tighter relationship with the audience. Live act production means a kind of ‘musical puzzle’ which is brought about by putting his own music together live thus creating a sensational vibration and buzz.

In the field of music, he relies on high quality music only; meaning that 100 percent effort is put into each and every soundtrack they make. His motto is therefore that ‘you ought to do your best at the level where you are and strive to keep developing yourself’. After university, he participated in a sound master training where he could learn all the necessary skills and techniques that would help him create music at a high level in the future.

Many still might be unfamiliar with the name, but Attila Bujdoso aka 88Dubs’ music is constantly played by a number of international artists, including Fideles, Undercatt, Øostil, Echonomist, Brina Knauss, etc.
The 34-years-old Hungarian-born artist has been involved with electronic music for more than 10 years, but it wasn't until 2017 that he began to delve deeper into the mysteries of music production. His productions have been published by many widely supported record labels.
He was the first Hungarian to appear on the German Steyoyoke label, we have heard his music at the famous Traum Schallplatten, and more of his music appeared on the hungarian based Secret Fusion label.
He always focus on self-renewal and put all his energy into making music.

Still in her mid-20s, DJ/producer Charlotte de Witte loves adventuring through the dark realms of techno and electronic genres. Throughout these journeys, sensuality and emotions have a self-professed importance and de Witte loves telling suggestive stories with her finely crafted sets. The works of the young talent are being played by superstar DJ and producer Maceo Plex, as well as gaining the attention of Joseph Capriati, Lee Foss, Adriatique, Noir, Booka Shade and Him Self Her.
One of the most promising talents of Belgium has her radio show, is a resident at Fuse, the coolest techno club in Belgium, and continuously tours and makes tracks. Regardless of her dark side, her ventures to the coolest clubs and festivals of the world show that de Witte has a bright future ahead of her.

Olivier Giacomotto Live @ Sieben X Be Massive 19/11/2017

A world famous DJ/Producer duo will arrive in Hungary to take part in our following Be Massive x Illegal Control event. Their gig is hugely anticipated since they have not been in Hungary for ages. The Irish duo became popular all of a sudden with their single "Medusa" which captivated almost the complete techno scene (Nastia's initial popularity can be maybe attributed to this track). 
From that time on there was no stopping for these guys. Their compositions were played by such iconic musicians as for instance Carl Cox, John Digweed, Adam Beyer, Umek or Marco Bailey - only to mention some superstars. At present we can find their names on such leading labels as Suara, Terminal M, Yoshitoshi, Tronic or Octopus. 
The sound of the Loco & Jam is atmospheric, refreshing, but this techno line is still extremely impulsive and full of energy. 
Thanks to their performance they had the honor to play in various parts of the world. 
It is a great pleasure for us that they graced us with their presence in our small country.

The EP 'was produced by the label's founder, Metha. The original is a usual Massive creation, the deep bassline is combined with the characteristic tech-funk Metha sounding; dark, hypnotic vibes. The release also contains of a stunning remix of Meat Katie! South West Londoner Mark Pember (AKA Meat Katie) has had a long history in Dance music. Albatrosses are large and graceful seabirds. They are highly efficient in the air, using dynamic soaring and slope soaring to cover great distances with little exertion. This precious bird inspired Metha to compose his unique and outsanding, track which played by Solomun multiple times, for example he selected to his 2018 Tomorrowland set. If it is not enough, there is an other soft and melodic track on this release by Metha, its called Simple. This track is perfectly demostrating the philosophy of the record label: strict deep sounds, fat bass, hypnotic grooves and metallic minimalism coupled with compelling logic.

It's been almost two decades now that I first fell for the electronic music, twisting the turntables ever since I encountered the breakbeat music style, with an ever-growing collection of LPs now way over 300. Organized a few minor parties then under the name Flex Motion, then came the places with larger audiences, like the Corvin Club, Instant, Fogas House, Balaton Sound, Be massive and Hertz events, along which my sets also evolved into a more melodious techno, combining deep bass tones with soft, velvety harmonics.

BIO 

Born in Sweden with Moroccan and Czech origin; she moved at a very young age to West Africa. Growing up in The Gambia exposed her to people of various cultural backgrounds and exposure of travel. She has lived abroad for many years in The UK, California, Sweden and now Germany. All these colorful factors influenced and enriched her taste and sound in music.

Bursting on the scene with fresh ideas, dynamic style and cutting-edge sound; her passion for music is promising and unquestionably distinct! She has performed in events throughout Sweden alongside world renown artists such as La Fleur, Fritz Kalkbrenner, ANNA and Monkey Safari to name a few. Today, Amavii resides in Berlin, Germany where she is guesting clubs such as Golden Gate, Ritter Butzke, Fiese Remise, Anomalies, Void and Suicide Circus.

Amavii’s eclectic music and style consistently gives the dance floor an element of surprise. She seamlessly weaves together deep, progressive, sensual, punchy, energetic and addictive experiences.

Gregory S (Gergely Sárdi)
is a Budapest based dj/producer. He has spent nearly all of his life immersed in the electronic music world. He has been djing for more than 10 years and has played at all the major clubs & festivals in Hungary, and he had several international gigs in some European countries as well.
As most of the djs, his music is in a constant state of development, nowadays it is around deep-house & tech-house, but we can not categorize him.

Gregory is a proud member of the TrueSounds DJ team which is one of the most popular DJ crew and event organizer in Hungary. He got the chance to play warm up sets before several great DJs, such as Alex Niggemann, Henry Saiz, Dave Seaman, Sascha Braemer, Guy J etc.

Be Massive's official record label is one of Budapest's most renowned electronic music institutions.  The Be Massive show has been present in the nights of Budapest for 18 years. Metha is the resident DJ at Be Massive nights.  He is responsible for the music and for the visual projections. His partner is TheLucky23 who helps to arrange the events, bookings, and label works. 

For the first step Be Massive made its own club nights back in the years, just to enjoy music and representing clever techy genres! This party series has been regular event in Budapest. For the next step they started to invite their absolute favourite DJ and producer icons. In the last 12 years Be Massive had lots of A-list guests on the techno and tech-funk scene. Now each month they invite an international guest such artists like Sam Paganini, Pig&Dan, and Oliver Huntemann.  
The resident DJ is Metha, who played in front of thousands of people at all the major Hungarian festivals and in Germany, France, and Ibiza, Spain. He is a famous Hungarian underground DJ and producer. TheLucky23 also appears in the club nights of Budapest with his DJ sets and his techy music productions.

After doing many shows in the whole country, Metha started to select local DJ talents and cooperating with them, leading and promoting professionally his philosophy and visions of electronic music.
In year 2011 this two guys made big steps for self-realisation and finally made their mark in this scene with brand new releases! Their productions are different and has been released separately so far!
As a final step, they founded their own label and this time they working together on Be Massive's production works. 
Be Massive Records has strict deep sounds, fat bass, hypnotic grooves and metallic minimalism coupled with compelling logic.
Hybrid fusion of raw, ancient techno and breaks without all unnecessary philosophy, and frills, but even clever.
