We decided to try our hands at baking and go and hang out with the Clandestine Cake Club group in south London. We met the nicest people, ate the absolute best cake and confirmed that we are both truly pants in the kitchen.

What better way to celebrate the build up to Christmas than to dress up as that trusted figure, Santa Claus, and to attend "Santacon" - where you meet up with a bunch of similarly clad strangers and go on a pub crawl. Sounds just the ticket doesn't it? We thought so too. The problem was, finding hundreds of other Santas in London was trickier than we expected...

Birdwatching

We went along to I Knit in Waterloo's prestigious knitting evening where we were treated to serious talent, big personalities and unlimited wine. Most importantly, this was where Ben came under the heavy-handed teaching of Sandra...

Welcome to the age of the "coffice" where meetings and deadlines are played out inside the cosy hub of a cafe. Ziferblat offers something different however, it doesn't have baristas, paninis or in fact, anything for sale. All you pay for is the right to be there. 3 pence per minute to be exact. What you do with your time there is up to you. Here's what we did.

In an attempt to expend the copious amount of energy from too many hot cross buns- they were on offer, increase our flexibility and to have a faint chance of upping our street cred, we visited the recently opened Parkour Generations. Here we were shown the ropes and given an insight into London's parkour culture.
