before I poison this with more of my own vocals and before we start the process of working it out as a band, I wanted to upload this demo. I recorded my mother for the lead vocal. The lyrics will probably change but right now they are:

Cowboy Graves

There was a huge storm in late 2022 that lasted all week. I read Genesis during that storm and wrote a song about Noah and got my sister to sing it. This version is softer than how we've been playing it with the band-- I started kicking on a distortion pedal for the chorus so it rocks a lot harder now. This version is a little churchy but I still like it.
