After releasing four compilations on cassettes featuring tracks from Bliss Inc., Low Tape, Maruwa, DJ Lifegoals, Greenwald, DJ Safeword and others St.Petersburg based label Snippets Music present their first vinyl release. EP was written and produced by a musician from Utrecht, a regular guest of Operator Radio and the author of the digital release "Trans Atlantique" for Gestalt Records — Tifra.

With his "Emotional Engineering" EP, Parco Palaz aka Nicola-Miloš Mišić delivers a brilliant opening for the new digital catalog of SNC Recs. The Basel-based producer and DJ with a background in composition and sound design for film has already demonstrated his skills with his first EPs "Motorsport" (2018) and "Surface" (2020) on Akoya Circle, and most recently released his first album with the delightfully descriptive title "Lightning Struck a Tree" on Turbo Life Tapes. With "Emotional Engineering" on SNC he now raises the bar again in terms of sonic diversity and takes his listeners on a carefully composed musical trip beneath the surface, right into the spheres of the subconscious, with the titling of the individual tracks being entirely in the spirit of biochemistry. Electrifying breakbeats merge here with complex melodies to create a powerful, psychoactive sound experience. While the first two tracks with their slightly dreamy atmosphere offer a dynamic as well as harmonious introduction, the sonic spectrum of the EP is subsequently fanned out even further. With his first release on SNC records, Parco Palaz has created a multi-layered psychogram of an ambitious composer that makes you want to listen to it over and over again.

The photos of Shackleton's ship discovered last year are fascinating, as is the whole story of the expedition. I attempted some kind of soundtrack to go with the underwater photographs.

The female vocals is from @megi-angelova vox library Vandria 1 & 2. The guitar is Epiphone Custom Pro. The pedals I used belong to my bandmate racoon 6ix and I don't know how they work :)

Boom Merchant’s record label, Tribal Pulse, presents a dynamic techno compilation featuring tracks by Calum Connell, Fractious, Fragile X, Hockins, Homma Honganji, Iluna, Moog Conspiracy, Obsidian Wave, and Boom Merchant.
‘Manufacturers of Modern Dancefloor Weaponry’ is a 10-track compilation featuring genres ranging from deep, raw and hypnotic, to breakbeats. Many of the artists such as Fragile X, Hockins, Homma Honganji, and Obsidian Wave, are Tribal Pulse regulars, but many have also featured on other prestigious imprints such as Kneaded Pains, KD RAW, Sway, Tronic, CMND CTRL, Diffuse Reality, and Autektone Dark.
Iluna is a brand-new artist making her first official release with her contribution to the compilation, which celebrates the landmark 50th release on Tribal Pulse.
Tribal Pulse has been a regular outlet for Boom Merchant who is an Irish artist currently based in Mexico. Most of the artists on the release are based in the UK or Ireland, but Moog Conspiracy is from Germany, Lefrenk's from Spain, Hockins’ from Ukraine, and Homma Honganji from Japan.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
