Für unseren vierten MUSHCAST haben wir  @rosarakete eingeladen. 

Ursprünglich aus Weimar stammend, hat r o s a r a k e t e in Berlin nicht nur eine künstlerische Heimat gefunden, sondern engagiert sich auch aktiv im kulturellen Mosaik des Magnapars e.V.. Ihre Musik ist nicht nur ein akustisches Erlebnis, sondern eine künstlerische Reise, die die Grenzen des Alltäglichen überschreitet.

Gekonnt verschmilzt sie die Genres Minimal House, Melodic Techno, Break Beat und vor allem ihren heißgeliebten 90er Techno. 

Während ihres Sets bezaubert sie mit spacigen Sounds und entführt zu fernen Galaxien.

DJ Yaso G, bewegt sich so spielend zwischen den Genres (Dancemusic /Basseline /Baile Funk
/Bass /Rap /bootybounce) wie einst zwischen Regionen. Geboren im Ruhrpott, aufgewachsen in
Spanien, lang pendelnd zwischen Hamburg und dem neuen Wahlzuhause Berlin-Kreuzberg, war
jede Station auf dem Weg (stil-)prägend.
Da spielen die erste Missy CD und Großwerden mit Hip Hop eine Rolle, aber vor allem auch die
kurdischen Wurzeln und Einflüsse von Friends, Community und ihrer B2BCREW.
Das alles miteinander zu verbinden, aus den losen Fäden einen Mix zu weben: poli-rhythmisch
und basslastig, mit Rap dazu von den Queens und Queers der Szene, das ist das, was Yaso G’s Set
so empowerend und energiegeladen macht.

"My friend Elio and I started this dance party back at home in Arizona, Dazed and Confused. We broke in to crazy old buildings, rented weird art studios, and created cool spaces with good music where people were encouraged to be their strange selves, to fly their own freak flags, without judgement or pressure to conform.

The parties did well, and we brought out some incredible DJs, internationally recognized guys like Hector Romero and SUPERNOVA, as well as very talented friends like Romy Ancona, Divine Minds in Time, Pete Salaz, and Terence Mullan.

Along the way, lots of great people joined our little gang, and I want to say the biggest thanks to Erin, Ashley, Shelby, Timothy, Krista, Taylor, Stephanie, Tom, Kyle and everyone else who became part of the family, and I mean family in the truest and most loving sense!

I finally had a chance to record a mix for our Dazed and Confused podcast here. I spend way too much time behind a desk, wishing I was sailing the adriatic or shaking my ass on a croatian beach, so hopefully this mix is a breeze in your sails, and it helps to transport you mentally to a beautiful place. Music definitely has that power for me."
