Sounds like a skipped track from the Ridge Racer Type 4 soundtrack. Got that jazzy groove going man!

I can't think of anything to say other than this is blowing my mind right now...

Everyone's saying Mario Kart, Skullgirls, and Ridge Racer, but not Gran Turismo? This sounds like a cancelled track from GT5, not gonna lie.
