KAN SARA

Ben Audu is an african gospel, afro jazz fusion saxophonist and a songwriter. Like his hero, John Coltrane, Ben takes a spiritual approach to his music, working with his saxophone to extemporise a range of ways to praise the work of the divine inspirer Himself. As well as being inspired by the freewheelin' tones of Coltrane, Ben also credits the flexibility of jazz progenitor Charlie Parker, Fela Kuti's relentless African swing, and the punchy grooves of Joshua Redman. 
Following on from two highly successful Albums, THANKSGIVING & GLORIOUS CROWN in 2012/2014 respectively, Ben Audu friends and fans have been able to testify to Ben's own aural shapeshifting abilities on the saxophone. 
His unique sound leaves an indelible imprint on listener.
