As far back as we can remember, the Yolanda Be Cool boys have been part of the B.Cools family. If the fact that we basically share the same name doesn’t prove to you that it’s a match made in heaven then I don’t know what will. From their fun dress sense to their chilled yet boisterous nature, these guys have the Barney Cools vibe pumping through their veins. 

After a big ol' romper of a time at Burning Man and enjoying the delights that the US has to offer it was time for them to come home and get stuck in. The fellas visited the office to record a soothing mix to ease their post holiday blues.

Alex Krüger aka Tigerskin aka Dub Taylor aka Korsakow back catalog will be maybe one of the biggest you can find on Discogs. It says a lot about about the artist when he has dozens and dozens of his own releases and remixes over the last 12 years, along with producing for people like Phonique too.

Finally in 2008 he found some time to produce a new Dub Taylor album for the Berlin based Label Oppossum called "Humatron".  Dub Taylor is his alias well known for the more dubbier Basic Channel influenced side of Techno.This time Alex comes up with a superb mixture of his versatile Producer Skills.

Nowadays as Tigerskin he's found on the housier side of the spectrum and he releases on labels like Dessous, Suol, Mood Music, Dirt Crew Rec, Rotary Cocktail or his own Organic Domain Imprint. Some of his tracks where licensed to the Mix CD's like Steve Bugs Bugnology, Slams Sci Fi Hi Fi 5 or Ministry's of Sound “Clubbers Guide to Berlin” and remixes Depeche Mode have been one of them. Regular Brazil, US/CAN and Russia Tours are a few Highlights besides playing all around Europe.  Also check out his recent Debut Transmission of Cacao Trio – From La Ceiba To Leon (Tigerskin Remix).  We are excited to welcome him to the podcast today.

I admit it, this set was not actually recorded live at a beach party, despite my old website's claim of it being "performed live at Jones Beach Field 6, June 2009."  In fact, it was one of the very first mixes I made using Ableton Live.  I forced myself to learn because I was laid up in bed for a week hopped up on pain killers after having all four wisdom teeth extracted.  I made good use of my time.
