PARKER. is best known for his rolling peak time blend of high-energy minimal grooves, backed up with his bone-shaking bass lines, which has seen him burst onto the scene over the last few years.  He’s well and truly established himself as one of Australia’s most in-demand new talents playing across the country at places like the Ultra Music Festival, as well as performing regularly at aficionado hotpots venues like the famous S.A.S.H & Revolver Melbourne. Last Year he even toured Australia for the UK brand 'DO NOT SLEEP”. 

He’s been just as busy in the studio too. His first few handfuls of releases in the last 12 months have seen him make some serious waves, all smashing the Beatport Charts straight in the top 10. He’s received some serious support on his music by major artists with even his first release at the end of last year, a remix for Caal & Baum on the aforementioned label DO NOT SLEEP, “Every Night”, going straight to number 1 in the Beatport Minimal / Deep Tech Charts. 

These unfathomable debut achievements further proved the undeniable talent of the young Englishman and making it plain to see that he is one to keep your eyes on as he makes his undeniable pathway through the deep & minimal scene.

We give a warm welcome to Mario Albán, half of the duo Mantra, who makes his first appearance in the Minimal / Deep Tech category with an hour-long selection full of minimalist sounds. 

In this podcast Mario delivers us this special mixtape where he takes us deep into the sounds of minimal, deep house, deep tech and micro house. He appeals to the most basic instincts of the human being to dance, merging drum percussions, hypnotics beats, deep grooves and dark melodies. Mario manages to get us into a vibe of mysticism and suspense that, through vibrant percussion and harmonic melodies, guides us through the sound environment that is built with this musical selection.

The soundscapes that we will find in this new installment are a clear reflection of what Mario has been working on in recent years. Long nights in the studio have made major record labels notice his work, and he has already been able to sign with record companies such as: We Are Play Music, 4 Quarters Music, Platform 7even, Datagroove, Hatching Creatures, among others.

As a Dj, Mario is part of the duo Mantra along with Marlon Orlando, he is a resident dj at Monovox and Lost Beach Club, clubs where he has managed to share the stage with great artists such as: Rossi, Paul Coman, Prok - Fitch, Shermanology, Chinonegro, Ammo Avenue, Miguel Campbell, Bushwacka, Andrew Azara, Russ Yallop, WaFF, Hanfry Martinez, Rendher, Germán Brigante & many more!

Digital Finesse is proud to present Alex Barbu's Adolescence EP, a five-track vinyl that gives voice to a shy, introspective mind shaped by uncertainty. Oscillating between electro and techno, this record captures the raw essence of youth—where emotions are both unfiltered and deeply complex.

In June 2024, when we first listened to Alex Barbu’s tracks, we were immediately struck by their precision and sincerity. A bold minimalism, straight to the point, yet infused with intricate sound design and immersive atmospheres inspired by mountains and Mediterranean ambiances. Adolescence EP encapsulates that fleeting moment between innocence and self-awareness, between the effortless and loud grace of youth and the quiet nostalgia in the coldness of adulthood. As simple as the strong emotions of adolescence. As intricate as the places they transport you to.

To the three original tracks by Alex Barbu, we added two remixes that open new emotional dimensions. First, a never-stop-evolving rework by the Monolith, who fully JimmyBattified "Living Without Ego." Then comes Blinkduus Dischetto, closing the record with his signature raw sensuality, a tactile and almost cinematic reinterpretation that lingers long after the needle lifts. Each track tells a story. Each sound is a memory. Unique, like every life experience.
