CSQ: Tell us a bit about your local techno scene. How has it shaped you as an artist?

ANGMAR: To be honest, I don't take my inspiration from my local scene but from Holland and Belgium, they have the best hard industrial artists over there. 

CSQ: Would you like to share anything with the listeners about the set?

ANGMAR: I really enjoyed doing the set, there are some of my unreleased tracks in there. I hope you will like it as much as I enjoyed mixing it.

CSQ: How does the set reflect the development of your style and your DJing since you started?

ANGMAR: It is precisely the style that I want to share with the world. I curated the tracklist especially for this. I have been producing and mixing since two years now and I believe that I reached the style that I really like.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:

ABAT - Multi disciplinary artist born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, has always been passionate about obscure dark sounds from an early age. Falling in love with Black Metal bands such as Emperor, MGLA, Aosoth, and ANAAL NATHRAKH, he developed a taste for the extreme music genres that define him to this day.

Since 2020, he took a deep dive into the universe of Hard Techno, and later found himself to like what we call today Industrial, Hard Industrial, Neobochka, and any dark style of Techno that isn't mainstream.

In February 2024, he founded ECLYPSE, a label dedicated to the underground, a concept that remains unchanged to this day, serving as a counter to the mainstream culture of electronic music.
