Barely Breaking

Draped in swagger, Synesthesia (taken from Ben Enalo's 3rd successive album) dances between the vast distance of sense impression and the overwhelming solace of the introverted mind. As a kind of "Anthem" for those without one Ben Enalo uses exceptionally cunning speech to honor the beauty of the minds eye. At the 1:52 minute mark the song passes through a prism of synth forming a memorable audio/visual portrait of an intellectual mind at work and decrescendos like colorful light into darkness.

Synesthesia

With a powerful sense of suppressed rage, Bad Trips & Patterns colors the canvas of a frustrated mind. Carried in with particularly seasoned audio royalty, Ben Enalo explores the sober day dreams of an idealist in a realistic world. The emotion of feeling doomed to repeat a cycle of "bad trips" and "patterns" radiate from the methodical synths and cry with the orchestral vocal harmonies at the 1:05 minute mark. While strong on its own Bad Trips & Patterns and Synesthesia come together in a way that demystifies Ben Enalo's forthcoming album "Anxiety Colors," expected May 2016.
