Once In A Lifetime Groove

After amassing over 800K listens on his first SoundCloud track: ‘Once In A Lifetime Groove’ released in April of 2023, Liverpool-based Ben Griff has since had releases on various labels such as ‘3Sixteen’, ‘blanc’, 'INLV' and more TBA. 

The 22 year old has had his synth orientated minimal tech house productions played across the globe in prestigious venues like Hï, UNVRS, Amnesia and Space Miami played out by the likes of Alisha, East End Dubs and Ahmed Spins.

His debut label release ‘Diva EP’ with Fabio Santos on Dionysus Records went on to reach number 5 in the Beatport Minimal/Deep Tech charts with many others placing across the top 100.

Ben first gained an audience through edits of tracks from popular artists such as Michael Jackson and Beyonce, but is now focusing on developing his own unique, recognisable underground sound through his original rhythms. 

Ben’s underground style is heavily inspired by pioneers such as East End Dubs, with inspiration also coming from exciting producers such as Julian Fijma and Robbie Doherty.

After beginning to DJ midway into 2023, Ben has since went on to perform in some of Liverpool’s most infamous venues: Invisible Wind Factory, Mansion and The Arts Club to name a few, including others outside of the city such as Stage and Radio Manchester and Distrikt Leeds.
