Scapa Flow ….An excellent 4 piece soft rock band based in the North East of England during the early 1990's . Ben Haslam on Guitar and Vocals/ Ian Piercy Drums / Alan Law Keyboards & Guitar plus Simon Malinson on Bass.  This recording was originally  made on a small Yamaha 4 track cassette .  Many of these recordings were made   during rehearsals . They have  remained  unused and unheard for the best part of 23 years. The wonders of modern technology bring it back to life  with an exciting new cut  remastered in hi fidelity using Pre Sonus software .

Song for the Lonely version 2

Dare to Loose , life is hard, but we all have to strive and take some risks . 
The  of the king of fish, the  Salmon is used here  to illustrate ultimate achievement and determination in the  circle of life. They take enormous risks , some make it back their birth place . Many die along the way , some return home,  Yet those who return home, try again, they never  give up  in giving life back to the river.
 This Song was inspired by a little memorial plaque sited by a very beautiful tarn in The  English Lake District  where a young boy drowned after going for a swim.
