I love Erik Satie. I don't know if I'm feeling sad because I'm playing this or if I'm playing this because I'm feeling sad, strange feeling... I'm playing a bit too fast I think and it is probably lacking of drama because I learned this a few days ago only.

Nomad

Here is my new music track, featuring saxophonist and friend Stephane Pigeon. It's a tribute to Warsaw, a city I love. Stephane and I composed the music together, I recorded him playing the saxophone in my studio, I played the other instruments then mixed everything in Ableton.

Warsaw

Je suis heureux qu'il aboutisse enfin. J'ai écrit le clip, j'ai écrit les paroles, j'ai composé la musique et joué tous les instruments, j'ai aussi chanté même si ce n'est pas ce que je préfère.

L'histoire parle d'une rencontre fortuite entre un jeune garçon et une jeune femme. Ceux-ci sont d'abord perdus dans la solitude et la virtualité de leur téléphone portable. Les 2 protagonistes passent ensuite ensemble quelques moments magiques, parfaits et romantiques mais le jeune homme est finalement repoussé par la femme. Celui-ci ère alors dans les rues de Bruxelles pour se rendre compte que la même jeune femme est en fait une prostituée. Le garçon élabore alors un plan pour quand même approcher la jeune femme, au plus grand étonnement de cette dernière. 

C'est un genre de "Pretty Woman" revisité qui allie cynisme et romantisme, vices et passion sincère. La condition humaine, quoi. 

Le clip a été filmé avec du matériel très léger, principalement avec un S10+.
