Cosmic + Tribal Mix (Felix Of MDS b2b Florian Of Coeo)

A 3 hours Toy Tonics Mega Mix featuring ONLY music that Toy Tonics released in 2021. Mixed by our TT brother KAPOTE in a very eclectic way. This mix includes the last releases by London born, Berlin living Cody Currie as well as Munich disco house twins COEO (Toy Tonics family members since day 1). You can hear 2 futuristic broken beat tracks by London’s Athlete Whippet as well as Italian disco don Sam Ruffillo (the Musumeci remix!). 
Check also our new German live disco duo GOME and the two tracks by american born, Berlin living keyboarder and producer Joel Holmes. Remixes by Sworn Virgins, Joe Claussell, Jex Opolis (for our new artist Digital Ivan from Moskau)included too.
Of course the mix also includes tracks from our Mushroom House compilation. We re-released 12 of the Mushroom tracks on a 2LP vinyl last year. (Mushroom House is a series of EPs with cosmic afro indie dance tracks we released since 2016).
This mix also includes some of the Toy Tonics edits. Reworks from the Illegal Jazz vinyl edits series that Kapote made with our friends Delfonic. Last but not least this mix includes also some of the ITALOMANIA edits. Reworks of rare Italian disco songs from the 1970ies that Toy Tonics released on a 2LP vinyl (bandcamp) compilation. A dupla alemã Coeo tem embalado bem a cena underground, os DJs e produtores Florian Vietz e Andreas Höpfl, 2 rapazes, que se conheceram durante o ensino médio e desde lá compartilham um amor mútuo pela música. 

Embora você possa se perguntar como se pronuncia o nome da dupla, "coeo", é uma expressão do latin, que significa "unir" ou "reunir", no fim o que sempre conta é a união!

O duo tbm faz parte da @toytonics, label que tanto falamos e amamos.

German duo Coeo have been making waves recently on the underground House scene. With releases on esteemed labels such as Sccucci Manucci, Toy Tonics, Let's Play House, Seven Music or Dabit Records they are an act to watch over 2014! The DJ and production duo consists of Florian Vietz and Andreas Höpfl, 2 guys, who met during high school and shared a mutual love for hip hop and soul music. Some years later they fell in love with house music and spent more and more nights in their studio in Munich to write their own songs.

Although you might wonder how to pronounce the duo's name, "coeo" is a latin expression, which means to "unite" or "come together". Club music creates a communal spirit and their music is intended to bring people together on the dancefloor!

His sets range from rare 80s Italian edits to house gems from the 90s, a sound showcased in the best clubs around Europe, where he also shared the booth with artists like Barbara Boeing, Soundstream, Paula Tape, Session Victim, Massimiliano Pagliara, Kapote and many more.
