Having joined the Anjunadeep ranks last year via the label’s Explorations EP series, Finland’s Tontario has gone on to deliver a string of well received releases, including a stunning rework of Ólafur Arnalds’s ‘Öldurót’. The EP opens with the string-laden textures of ‘Löpeld’, before drifting into the floating groove of ‘Rove’ (featuring Benjamin Gustafsson). Next ‘Vilsenhet’ serves up a heavier brooding vibe to the package before rounding off the EP on an ambient note with ‘Worriers’.
