We’ve created AI, a tool of limitless potential. It can compose symphonies, craft stories, even simulate emotion. But in the wrong hands, it is remixing the world into something unrecognisable. It’s replacing soul with simulation. Replacing meaning with marketing. Flooding our feeds, echoing back our own desires while drowning out the rest.

Music, once the cry of the human spirit, is being flattened, looped, sold by the algorithm. And yet, I do not despair.

Because within every beat, there is still a choice. AI can amplify our worst, or elevate our best. It can silence, or it can serve. We, the artists, the thinkers, the dancers, the explorers, still hold the stage.

We can choose awe over apathy. Truth over noise. Spirit over code. We can choose to make the machines sing for us, not over us.

So to anyone still listening: don’t fade out. This isn’t the end, it’s the drop.

Let’s remix the planet. Let’s amplify compassion. Let’s crank up the volume on what matters, before it’s lost in the static.

Let’s build a world that doesn’t just survive, but sings. That doesn’t just consume, but creates. That doesn’t just exist, but dances. The future is not a preset.

It’s a live set.

Little late, but here's the recording of my set at Nation of Gondwana Festival from a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time at Nation and I was only there for 24 hours, but it was overwhelming in the best way. So many warm, friendly people and a festival that comes alive at night with incredible visual art and music to explore. I can totally see why so many keep coming back every year, it truly has its own special vibe. And I’m happy I got to be part of it this year…and even happier they asked if I could imagine playing one of those slower sets again. It was pure fun and made me realise how much I’d actually missed it! Big thanks to everyone who joined me early Sunday morning at Spelunke and flowed with me through the sunrise 🩵
