With an uncompromising underground ethos, Lee Holman’s background to success stems from his unwavering dedication to music.  
Perfecting  his sound in clubs, he plays a mix of deep, raw and energetic Techno which has enabled him to build a solid reputation internationally.

A vinyl lover, DJ and collector, his vast record collection ensures he is ready for all event situations. 
Production has earned him international applause, building a reputation for consistency, originality and  delivering his dynamic sound on both cutting edge and classic Techno Labels. 
With an ever expanding release schedule, combining remixes and his new label project called Demarcation, Lee Holman promises to be unrelenting in his definition of essential timeless Techno.

Solid Steel in association with Serato (4th December) Benjamin Damage released his third album 'Obsidian' on 50 Weapons and as the first artist (outside of Modeselektor) to release on the label it’s apt that his album is also the last and 3 tracks feature in his mix, alongside label mates Cosmin Trg, previous guest Martyn, Secluded, Jerome Hill, Daniel Avery and SCNTST. He had this to say;
"My Solid Steel mix was recorded as a farewell to 50Weapons. I picked out some new and not so new music that fits in with the spirit of what the label meant to me."

You can catch Modeselektor and Benjamin Damage alongside Shed, FJAAK, Addison Groove and Phon.o for the 50 Weapons Finale at Oval Space, London on 12th December.

We're back with episode 24! Recorded in early April 2020, this episode welcomes DJ and producer Luke Slater. 

@Luke-Slater has been DJing since the late 1980s, and by the 90s, his many aliases had become household names thanks to important releases on labels like Peacefrog, and Nova Mute. By 2009, Luke had joined Ostgut Ton, continuing to tour relentlessly and produce music with seemingly boundless energy — a quality with which he continues to approach his work today. His stamina is endless, and in order to keep up with the continuing love and demand for his music, it has to be. In this episode, our discussion focuses on longevity as a DJ, his mix for Ostgut's 15th anniversary, and the drive that keeps him going.

Benjamin Damage is an innovative UK techno artist, the first artist signed to Berlin’s legendary 50Weapons label and the last to release an album at its closure. This period produced three critically acclaimed albums and many EPs, drawing from diverse sources to help define the crossover UK / Berlin techno sound.

As well as two, highly charged four-tracks for Len Faki’s Figure label and ‘Deep Space Transit’ on ARTS, Benjamin put out two stinging dance floor cuts as BDB, a secret collab with label mates, Feel My Bicep. A live-recorded cut for Jeff Mill’s Axis Records was released this year. 

Performing on an all-hardware setup, Benjamin’s storming live performances have lit up the best clubs and festivals all around the world. The powerful setup has been fully redeveloped for 2021.
