Toy Tonics is a German label with lots of Italian vibes. The Main Italian artist is Sam Ruffillo. Sicilian producer with Brooklyn roots. 
Sam’s trademark sound is based on Italian disco and Afro-American house music - with Italian Vocals. 
Yes, Sam brings the real Mediterranean vibes that people love so much these days.Sam's first appearance on Toy Tonics was 2 years ago. 
Sam came up with the Sport House EP. Here he revealed his very own way of making music: he plays synths, keyboards, knows about chords 
and makes a type of organic house music with lots of saxophones, great jazz chords, based on southern rhythms.
Sam’s house music reminds the more Balearic vibes from the 1980ies or the early disco house vibes. Some might call it organic. 
And yes, it’s house, it’s 4 to the floor, but he got that special human, handmade vibe that people look for today... after the overdose 
of digital music of the last 10 years this new way of making dance music might be the perfect mix between analogue and digital.

This is GDWAX002 Nostalgic Grooves, the second vinyl release from GLBDOM, a collection of six tracks from various artists, all sharing a distinct yet subtly old-school vibe: a short but super sweet excursion into the realms of retro-electronic styles reminiscent of the late 80s and early 90s. Sam Paradise from Leipzig, Germany, is one of the heads behind the two House labels theBasement Discos and Miura Records. After releases on labels such as GLBDOM and Honey Butter Records, Sam now drops his energetic House EP titled “All This Love” on Miura.

The title track of the EP, “All This Love”, is a retro-sounding House tune. A huge piano riff is accompanied by some synth stabs, overdriven bassline, heavy kick and other rough 909-style drums with an almost Garage-y feel. Here and there, a smooth vocal cut as well as an electric guitar shine through the mix.
“Blue Hour” is the second track on the EP. While it sounds less rough than “All This Love”, it still keeps the energy level high – no surprise for a 130 BPM House track. A spacey synth pad creates a dreamy atmosphere, while a 90s-sounding organ stab and electric piano melody pierce through. The syncopated bassline, drums and bongos add lots of drive and groove and make “Blue Hour” a very danceable tune.

While the first two tunes sound quite 90s-influenced, Romeo Louisa’s remix of “All This Love” has a more modern approach. The Parisian producer uses short bits of the original’s piano riff as a stab, adds a deep synth pad, rolling bassline and tight, Garage-inspired drums and percussion. Overall, this dancefloor-ready remix is a good representation of the current House and Deep Tech sound of the French capital.
