Chapters has been a very small first project to help better my understanding of the music production process.  Inspirations taken from Nils Frahm, Olafur Arnalds and Hans Zimmer for the ambient piano music, and of course Quentin Blake for the album artwork.  All original content.

'Gallery' is an album of my musical interpretations of different photographs I've taken on film.  The tracks aim to capture a particular mood or atmosphere that I experienced while taking the film shots.  'not lost' aims to personify the tranquility and space of two paddle boarders caught in the rain.

'see', as an incredibly lame play on words, attempts to depict the mystery of natural beauty like that of a sunset-lit beach.

Maunganui beach was taken during a holiday in the summer, and wraps itself in 'melancholy' both personally and aesthetically.
