I was inspired by the jungle and drum n bass tracks by producers like Aphex Twin and Photek. I loved the dark and ethereal landscapes their productions created and the 'rollercoaster' journey they'd take you on through the track.

I really wanted to focus in on the detail in the drum programming on this track, making my rhythm choices intricate and clever, experimenting with speeding up and slowing down the feeling of rhythms to get that rollercoaster feel I was after.

Benjamin Wilde is an electronic composer based in London. He is currently best known for his narrative cinematic EP ‘To Svalbard,’ completed during his time at Bath Spa University, where he graduated with first class honours within the practice of ‘Creative Music Technology.’

   Ben’s compositions are based on experimental recording and manipulation of his Viola. He melds analogue with digital and taking advantage of their contrasting nature.
