In a powerhouse collaboration straight from the heart of Melbourne's electronic scene, Marcus Santoro, The Journey, and James Slaz join forces for 'Pinnacle' - a euphoric club anthem set to drop July 25 on Resound Records.

Crafted entirely by Australian talent, 'Pinnacle' is a peak-time weapon that blends emotive melodic textures with deep, progressive drive. Built around the concept of reaching the top (both metaphorically and musically), the track captures the feeling of pushing through the climb and finally standing at the summit.

Marcus Santoro has cemented his reputation as one of Australia's most dynamic progressive and melodic house artists, with releases on iconic labels like Axtone, Armada, and Protocol. Known for his emotional, high-impact productions, his music has been championed by the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Black Coffee, BLOND:ISH, and Tiesto to name a few.

The Journey - the brainchild that is Tom Evans and Jacob Malmo - are a duo known for their rich, melodic soundscapes and immersive DJ sets. With appearances at Australia's biggest boutique festivals and releases via their own imprint UGENIUS Music, as well as Still Vor Talent, Bedrock, and Einemusika, they bring both underground credibility and artist finesse.

James Slaz is a seasoned music curator with over a decade of experience shaping up Melbourne's nightlife, being a familiar face along the infamous Chapel Street strip. Not just one to watch behind the decks, Slaz has a key involvement in the operations and programming of some of the city's favourite venues and events.

With its roots in Melbourne and its sights set on dance floors across the globe, 'Pinnacle' is a powerful statement from three artists who are all pushing forward, together.
