@BenJohnsonMusic: man, I was wondering until today and testing a lot of EQ, NY compression and plugins settings trying to achieve a snare sound round and punchy as yours...  BUT I SIMPLY CANNOT!!!! What's the secret, wich compressor, plugin or whatever did you used to achieve this sound man??  I'm crazy with this!!!  If ya don't mind helping me... =)

Did you use any samples other than the one included in the competition?
