Full of relentless kicks and some scratching hardcore, WLR006 showcases the true brutality of the label. 

 

Vendex has found his way, the path of Techno, with a philosophy that envelops him in a cloak of darkness. Influenced by the literature of Dante Alighieri in his work the Divine Comedy, as well as everything related to history, Vendex comes with the intention of creating a path to an inner journey wrapped in dark melodies, blunt and sharp bass that defy the natural , reaching supernatural sounds that touch or even reach what would be the sound of the underworld. Generating sounds that guide the Dantesque idea of ​​a trip in the underworld with the aim of reaching paradise. All this through a forceful and enveloping sound, this creating a path to the nine levels of hell, purgatory and finally reaching paradise. Upon the arrival of the original tracks in the inbox of Märked, I was immediately intrigued by the sound of ANDROM. The characteristics of overdriven electric guitar sounds catch your attention by the minute and blend especially well with techno, which we have previously only seen UVB do properly - until now.

ANDROM’s Märked debut with My Distorted Fantasy is a refreshing one. Together with 3 men strong (Ayarcana, Plukkk, and Kaylah) for the remixes, he sets the tone right to bring attention to our 30 releases since 2016. It also wasn’t a surprise finding out he’d studied at the Conservatorium in Amsterdam.

Iconic synth riffs in the opening track ‘Unbelieve In Me’ where the kick punches through like a knife through butter, charged with guitar slams on the 4’s. Further elaborating on the rock ‘n roll spirit with Infected, punching, and marching forward with more flying percussive objects in Going Life.

Ever heard an angry steel bending factory produce a rhythm? Ayarcana stretches the boundaries of aggression-relief in a heavy 2-step remix. After being away for a while, we welcome Plukkk to Märked with a mysterious and striking techno storyline. Kaylah brings fiercely high energy to the table at a pace that's recognizable for this era of techno with a rework of the addictive main hook in ‘Unbelieve In Me’.

Die Kompilation knüpft an sein letztes Album „Facets“ an und bringt noch einmal Remixe der Originale des 2018 erschienen Longplayers. 

Das Album war geprägt von Tonis Einflüssen der letzten 30 Jahre, immer changierend zwischen House, Trance und Techno, und nicht zuletzt von seinen langen Residencies in den legendären Clubs Omen, U60311 und Cocoon in seiner Heimatstadt Frankfurt. Ganz zu schweigen von seinen DJ Touren rund um den Globus, auf denen er seinen Arbeitsplatz mit den größten internationalen DJs geteilt hat. 

Mit dieser Kompilation beendet Toni Rios nun das Kapitel „Facets“, sie bringt noch einmal 18 Remixe, von denen etliche bisher unveröffentlicht sind und exclusiv auf Facets/ Work Out - Unreleased & Exclusive erscheinen.

Just in time for his 30th DJ anniversary, another longplayer by Toni Rios called "Facets / Work Out - Unrelased & Exclusive" will be released. The compilation follows his last album "Facets" and brings remixes of the originals of the 2018 released longplayer. The album was characterized by Toni's influences of the last 30 years, always changing between house, trance and techno, and not least by his long residencies in the legendary clubs Omen, U60311 and Cocoon in his hometown Frankfurt. Not to mention his DJ tours around the globe, where he shared his workplace with the biggest international DJs. With this compilation Toni Rios concludes the chapter "Facets", it features 18 more remixes, some of which are unreleased so far exclusively on "Facets / Work Out - Unrelased & Exclusive"!

Another highlight of this Album is that artists from 14 nations could be won over for the remixes.
