Techords' 30th release comes from Colombian artist Andres Shockwave. Known for his dedication towards the old school deep house music, it is with great excitement to welcome him with an original EP. Kickstarting the release in an infectious way is the title track 'Density', where the smooth pads and funky guitar riff work perfectly with the heavy bassline and minimal house inspired drums creating this way a warm feeling. An annual fixture in the calendar for many, Solid Grooves’ summer Various Artist offering welcomes a project showcasing a UK label at the forefront of the scene. Having recently returned as a family across sold out shows in London and Bristol, late August welcomes this year’s highly-anticipated drop from a wealth of SG favourites and close friends.

Offering up a combination of up-front and more minimal-leaning productions, co-founders Michael Bibi and PAWSA step out alongside residents Bassel Darwish, Blackchild (ITA), Eddy M, Ramin Rezaie and Reelow, plus 2021 guests Carloh, Detlef and Wheats, to deliver a ten track package you won’t want to sleep on.

Emerging to become a regular fixture at key venues across the globe including Club Space, Printworks and Pacha  while playing for the likes of Music On and Paradise, London’s Rossi. continues to showcase his unique spin on  minimal-leaning house music and prove why many, including DJ Mag, tipped him as one to watch from the start. A  top-selling talent on Beatport, with releases via FUSE, No Art, Eastenderz and more, while recently launching his  label and platform HOMEGROWN., mid-July sees him head to iconic imprint Hot Creations as he uncovers a  selection of heavily-requested productions across his ‘Get On The Floor’ EP.

Fusing rumbling low-ends, slinking metallic drums and evolving electronic beneath hooky hip-hop samples, title  cut ‘Get On The Floor’ is a signature Rossi. track made for big dance floor moments, while ‘Mode’ is a skippy,  playful production bringing a bumping groove guided by trippy vox interjections. The B-side brings further fresh  flavours as ‘Pass The Blunt’ builds from crisp percussion arrangements and cheeky samples for a rolling terrace  number, before the slick ‘I Wanna Dance’ shapes up the package with another trademark slice of bubbling late 
night house.
