This song is dedicated to my Aunt Jaymi and her son Jory. Both me and Jory agreed it's our favorite song off my new tape, so I figured I'd upload it as a sort of christmas gift to him. 

Jaymi passed away on Jan 14th of this year, and so Christmas was the last holiday we all got to spend together. 

The art for this song is a picture my mom took on a Christmas very long ago. Back when my parents were still together, and things seemed more picture perfect. My mom's side is mostly gone now, with my aunt and grandmother gone, and my uncle mike living in florida. I truly miss the days when things were less quiet.

The second track is more simple. I always find myself tracking the passage of time with stupid things like, tubes of toothpaste, pairs of shoes, or most prominently paychecks... for instance i always have this thought of "my last relationship only lasted 2 paychecks"

I always look forward to my next paycheck for obvious reasons but at the same time I dont like looking forward to the passage of time; i feel that it speeds things up more than i would like. I try to live in the now as much as possible but its hard for me.

This song brings up various insignificant memories. though insignificant, they are all important to me.
