We stay busy as usual and expand our digital back catalouge with a string of releases starting with a brand new four tracker by HDSN, which involves drum machines, trippy atmospheres and viable grooves. “Can´t Stop Me Now” & “Better Than Ever” are among the catchier tracks on his recent EP “Haste Makes Waste", but also the other cuts making it hard to feel no excitement for this record, that´s pairing up a modern deep house affair with his own unique style sonic fog. It’s a path that's been going before, but there's a distinctive, catchy edge to HDSN´s approach, especially if you are able to read between the lines. The endless eclectic artist approaches parts of life with a certain degree of nostalgia, but also with the awareness that, while there was darkness, it didn't need to last forever, because finally his yearning became it´s own reward, a quest that´s much bigger than what´s actually at stake. "For about two years, after the release of my latest album I decided to come back to proper dance music, I did a few collaborations with Polo&Pan, Fatnotronic and Bertrand Burgalat, all track about DANCE, to be played in club.
Rollercoaster is somehow the climax of this, really simple, straight to the point, house and disco with a unique string melody coming all along and two drops.
I think it’s a bit like an indie song with only two chords, the essence of how it has to be.
I played this all summer, and no one complained. It remind me a bit of the first Cassius tracks, so with the terrible news we had recently I consider this as a tribute to a friend and one of my mentors."

The focus on the burgeoning House music scene in Russia continues with a new release from artist Lebedev. This dynamic young artist has already penned a few key tracks on labels such as Moiss, Blacksoul and Piston and we are thrilled to now have him on Large. Both tracks here showcase his unique ability for both sampling and arrangement. As a bonus we have enlisted SF artist Jarred Gallo to draw up a killer remix. Enjoy!
