Correct. Because if you pre-emptively strike you appear to be a warmonger. Much like corporations virtue signal (pride month, climate change) many countries do not act until absolutely necessary

I cannot understand why either. Once again, for the left, outcome is all that matters. Not intent. Look at the outcome by pulling out of Afghanistan. It is bad. Period.

Here's an idea: give everyone photocopy machines, cameras, and wifi. Problem solved.
