Yes, it does discredit the Nelson's entire story.  Furthermore, the age of consent in Alabama was 16 at the time, so while you might think Moore dating younger girls was gross, it wan't illegal and your opinion about it is irrelevant.  So we have ONE accusation from a 14 year old girl, and my question there is this:  If she was afraid to come forward and speak out about it (as has been suggested), than how in the world did WaPo find out about it?  Are they psychic?  Did they canvass the entire state of Alabama knocking door to door?
