This is Rāhui 2 made with the intention to lift you out of isolation back into the rolling world. Try it out let me know how it goes for you.
Rāhui expresses a notion of tapu and reminds us that we still don't know what's out there. It provides us with a chance to reflect on how good we have it/ have had it. During rāhui we give the environment a chance to bounce back whilst we go into fasting.
