In the privacy of your own internal metaphysical reality, you can fully and safely surrender to your sense or symbol of God. At its highest state, the True Feminine is like a receiver or receptacle for God’s energy, being equal to God in power and worthiness and desirability. As a practice, initially this feels like a greater trust in one’s innocence, softness, and surrender.

Trust in the safety of your own innocence, your own softness, and your own surrender more than you trust in what you think you know. In this softness, in this surrender, in this humility and openness, you can begin to become the feminine receiving force, which will greatly empower you. It is this humility—the surrender of knowledge, rigidity, judgment and expectations—that makes you the embodiment of Love once again.

2-Minute Guided Meditation: Instantly Raise Your Vibration

In this recording, Bentinho Massaro explores the root of all experiences. He explains how we can create a shield that allows for freedom, by maintaining an awareness of beingness as an “object” to which all experiences belong. He encourages the practice of maintaining this awareness, as even a little bit of concentration can lead to glimpses of absolute freedom, which in turn can make a significant impact on our lives. This subtle yet powerful mechanism acts as the secret of secrets, unlocking intuitive awareness and opening the gateway to absolute freedom. Although it may seem obvious once understood, many people are unaware of this specific secret and its transformative potential. With faith and conviction, even a small glimpse of this mechanism can alter one's perspective and deepen one's understanding of experiences.

Essential Practices for Self Realization: Amplification (Part 4)

From a spiritual perspective, how can we be of service to the Israel-Gaza conflict?

In this powerful clip from a No Limits Society session, Bentinho responds to a community member,—Itay—living in Israel, who is asking for advice on how to maintain clarity and keep his frequency high and his choices balanced, while in the midst of the chaos and his own resulting confusion.

Itay feels called to be of service to his particular collective but is conflicted by the intensity of it all, burdened by a sense of responsibility that weighs him down instead of making him effective and empowered, and his actions and choices are unclear because he’s been unable to maintain a free, awake and aligned perspective on the situation.

Rather than advising specific physical actions, Bentinho offers one possible way to help Itay in powerfully connecting himself to a higher view that can clear his mixed perspectives up and lead to clear, intuitive inspiration and skillful actions and decision making.

Simply by being in this particular physical location, suggests Bentinho, Itay has chosen an empowering opportunity to be of service by transmitting higher frequencies of Love and Light through his consciousness. And of course, he does not have to stay in this potentially dangerous situation if guided to go elsewhere.

How to Spiritually Navigate the Israel-Gaza War

In this meditation on pure awareness, Bentinho guides us to see how we can shift our attention from being lost in worldly distractions to a state of pure awareness. He explains that there are two primary ways to use our attention: one is to be absorbed in whatever perceptions, sensations, or thoughts arise, which often leads to mental descriptions and conceptualizations; the other is to be aware of the fact that we are aware, recognizing the essence of being.

Bentinho explains that by pausing for a few seconds and interrupting the absorption of the mind in external objects, we can bring our attention back to its essence. Through repeated practice of self-recognition, you can begin to see the world as a projection of the imagination and dissolve the belief in an external reality separate from awareness. Ultimately, a sense of non-duality and unity is realized, where all things are recognized as the one being.

Meeting God and the truth halfway requires momentarily stopping the dreaming and being fully awake to the extended hand of the Creator, who is always there for those who have forgotten their own divine nature.
