Every Friday evening I host a cozy & meditative dance session at b23 Space to shake off the tensions of every-day life & connect with our bodies in a mindful & playful way. We start in a circle, enter into silence with a guided meditation, move through music, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, connecting. Ecstatic dance meets Techno.

This set is a special one for me as it represents the first time I stepped behind the decks while at the same time facilitating the event. It represents an emotional and energetic journey through the music that has touched me deeply in the past months and is meant to tell a story of hope, solace and reaching for the light. I hope you enjoy listening (and hopefully dancing) to it!

She has had a deep relationship with music since being in her mother’s womb working at Café Opera in Stockholm. With a background in tech and working at Spotify, she eventually found her way to producing music. She is also part of the collectives Variety and @beschaeftigungstherapie. Bio
Jorge Melgar is a Mexican electronic music producer. At the same time he gives life to the "BadWolf" project.
He decides to create this project with his own style as a form of expression, full of strong and hypnotizing sounds, accompanied by dark atmospheres and aggressive bass lines, looking for a dark style, but at the same time, that it is possible to enjoy it on the dance floor.

Jorge Melgar es un productor Mexicano de música electrónica, originario de la Ciudad de Toluca. A su vez da vida al proyecto "BadWolf".
Decide crear este proyecto con un estilo propio como una forma de expresión, lleno de sonidos fuertes e hipnotizantes, acompañado de atmósferas oscuras y líneas de bajo agresivas, buscando un estilo oscuro, pero.. a su vez, que sea posible disfrutarlo en la pista de baile.
Inspirado en géneros como el techno, indie dance, dark wave, post punk, en las emociones y en la conexión con la audiencia.

Not one to pigeonhole himself into one style, Ben Tov traverses the BPMs and moods and focuses on telling a story through progression with his melodic sets and productions. Ben Tov can be regularly found locked away in his studio, jamming together ideas and carving out his deep signature analog synth-lines and grooves for his next upcoming release. With a slew of releases already under his belt, and constant releases on labels such as Katz and Kautz Deeplomatic and Harabe. His latest release Nuwe Reen reached number 14 in the Melodic House and Indie Dance Beat Port Charts.

Ben Tov has traveled the world and played in several different countries. His sound is influenced by the various cultures he has met along the way.

In 2021 Ben Tov started to create a series of successful events called Valhalla. These events take place in unique locations around Cape Town and focus on delivering an unforgettable musical journey that focuses on different styles of electronic music blended into one night.
