"For Rafiki Degs and I combined Drum'n'Bass with traditional African percussion + the Swahili language. Rafiki [=Swahili for "friend"] tells stories of advice from an old friend, gratitude, loyalty and wisdom - all important aspects of our heritage.
I hand-painted the artwork to emphasise the cultural importance of our ancestry: the Luba Shaba people, + the Kikuyu people. Please enjoy Rafiki, bless"
