At that point, I started allocating more time to music and learning about structure, but it was still before I knew about sound design. As the tape progresses, you'll hear much more structure and experiment with sound. ¡Buen provecho!

Campos de Marte Radio, hosted on Radio Relativa, launched in 2019 as a platform for DJ sets, thematic deep-dives, and in-depth artist interviews. Since then, the format has continually reshaped itself through each new production phase.

Now, it ventures beyond the hertzian spectrum to inhabit physical space—through nomadic concerts that remain rooted in experimentation and active listening.

On 16 April, Campos de Marte Expeditions landed at Casabanchel, an artistic and community-driven venue in Madrid, for a sonic gathering that brought together four sound researchers and an audience both attentive and perceptive. The experience was intense, diverse, and deeply stimulating.

The featured artists:

· @raquelgibanez – an explorer of the outer edges of sonic perception.
· Munda (@selu-h) – weaving a journey between the ritual and the electronic.
· @mauriciomoquillaza – pushing modular experimentation from Peru.
· @dianeisadorabarbe – delving into sonic ecologies that merge field, wind, and synthesis.

An Intuitive and Cinematic Approach
Rebecca composes music the way she captures an image: with a sensitivity to light, shadows, and the textures of reality. Her poetic approach is driven by a desire to reveal the invisible, to dig beneath the surface of the obvious and unearth fragments of memory, buried emotions, and inner landscapes.

Writing as a Sensory Journey
Each piece is a space where text and sound converse, where words—sometimes whispered, sometimes chanted—merge into dreamlike or raw atmospheres. Rebecca plays with silence, breath, and repetition, turning them into mantras. Her writing oscillates between the concrete and the abstract, between fragmented narratives and diffuse impressions, creating a language that does not seek to explain but to make one feel.

A Poetry of In-Between
Between nostalgia and avant-garde, between the intimate and the collective, Rebecca crafts a sonic poetry that questions the passage of time, the imprint of personal and collective histories, the traces left by absence. Her musical universe stands at the crossroads of melancholy and minimalism, spoken word and melody, outcry and whisper.
