Revelation of Sound is pleased to present Gianluca Meloni, born in Rome , made his musical path trough different styles; has been studying Piano at “Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Roma” and played in various underground bands; his big passion about music starts back when he after being listening to Tangerine Dreams first album decides to buy his first synth: a Korg MS-10.
He was a pioneer in the 90′s and was able to insert electronic seeds into an underground scene mainly ruled by Gianluca Meloni A.K.A. LAERTES
progressive rock; his most important contribution in that period was to the album “Strani Sogni” of the band SIG V, CNI Music -Italy.
His debut single “Perchè Non Parli” was a huge successs in Italy and was much more than often played in italians radio’s shows;

Not that later he mets up with Dino Sabatini, still “just” a guitarist, after a studio session and a very solid friendship, based on their common passion for music, starts to grow between them; that amazing duo soon became the “Modern Heads” project, leading both of them to play in some of the most prestigious clubs around the globe as Panorama Bar in Berlin, Brancaleone in Rome and Macumba, Madrid, AIR Tokyo, FUSE in Bruxelles, just to list few.
Some years later Gianluca together with Carlo Alfano became the founder of the project “notfromearth“, expanding his artistic view into a very well crafted new Audio & Video concept, revealing soon his high level of professionally and experience; his first e.p. on Prologue label, “Origin e.p.”, is indeed a big proof of that !.
In 2016 Start new Solo project LAERTES his new solo project, Laertes, inspired by the research of electronic music through the modular synthesis and passion for live improvisation, in which reason in his live set will always find vintage analog instruments, and modern technology.

We are pleased to welcome the Filipino-American Dj and producer 888, based in San Francisco. She was first introduced to electronic music through the local underground techno scene. Today, she hosts "Tone Exploration" monthly events, and also"texhno.exe", that highlight the unsung artists of the Bay Area music scene. She released two Eps in 2020 on Industrial Techno United and on ST label AGYNI, followed it up one year later with another Ep on the Italian label Witches are Back. As usual, her mix is energetic with an eclectic taste filled with Industrial Techno, IDM, Rhythmic Noise, Broken Beat… Another bundle of goodness for the Episode Б33 including stuff from Polygon Window, YYYY, UFO95, PTU, Tommy Four Seven, Geistform…

一月二十五號夜請來生於法國，現定居柏林的DJ/收蔵家Laura BCR來到宀作為嘉賓。Laura BCR曾舉辧雲集歐洲各地DJ的On Board派對，現時她於海牙夜店Het Magazijn駐場，也曾為巴塞隆拿的Razzmatazz駐場DJ，Laura BCR似乎與舞池結下不解之緣。

On the 25th of January, 宀 invites the French born Berlin based DJ and music collector Laura BCR who created the famous On Board parties featuring very talented DJs all around Europe. She is currently resident DJ of the acclaimed and intimate Het Magazijn club in The Hague... a girl who knows her dancefloor very well.

成長於法國，Laura BCR自少年時期開始收集音樂，把各類音樂混音重新編排等等，受到當時Rave派對文化啓發，類型可橫跨由Hardcore到House Music。

French born and raised, Laura BCR has been dedicated her life to music for more than a decade. She has been collecting music from her teenage years, starting mixing all kind of genres from Hardcore to House Music inspired by Rave Parties where she was hanging out during several years.

2006年Laura BCR與份屬好友的Etienne(Arcarsenal其中一位成員)在法國南部的夜店舉辦她首個派對，小休後數年她搖身一變成巡演經經理人，2013年她再回歸音樂與Etienne於柏林新克爾恩區開辦了唱片店Bass Cadet Record，維持了三年半。

In 2006, she organized her first party in a club in the South of France with her best friend Etienne from Arcarsenal. After a hiatus, touring as production manager during a few years, she came back to her first love in 2013 and opened with Etienne the infamous Bass Cadet Record store in Berlin during 3 years and a half in the heart of Neukölln.

Through this journey he has been able to connect with like minded people and artists who have inspired him to sculpt a narrative style which he tries to portray through his mixes. Berenice Llorens is a composer, guitar player, and DJ from Córdoba (Argentina) based in Berlin. Through her work, she engages in artistic research focused on musical composition and the transformations of the creative process based on the temporal, visual, and auditory perception of our environment. Llorens delves into creating immersive musical experiences by capturing and reinterpreting the sounds of nature, the city, and machines. Her music is an ever-evolving and deconstructive process. Berenice Llorens' work extends beyond her solo project. She collaborates with multidisciplinary projects in different fields, including music ensambles, technology, AI, immersive audio, films and dance, among others.
