We're just a little bit proud of this collaboration. We've been working with these two guys for a while now and thought their talents would be a perfect match. After a bit of cajoling, we got the two of them in the studio and boy are we glad we did.

There is no other way to put this - "Do Anything You Wanna" is an absolute anthem. The vocals are hooky like "Shake That", pianos classy like Ejeca's finest and its beats walk around like they are bigger than Prince. 
An instant dancefloor bomb that should propel two of Glasgow's hottest new talents on to seriously big things.

"The Times We Shared" is a bit moodier, but equally floor-filling. It oozes vocal style like the best of Diynamic but with some added super-tough Glaswegian beats that take the record into the kind of territory Deep Dish would be in (if they were still making records as good as they did in '94 today).

Bristol-based producer REKTCHORDZ follows up his widely supported “Meant To Be” EP release, teaming-up once again with Melbourne vocalist SEAN DECLASE on their very fresh new tune “Love For Good”.
 
Previously collaborating on “Higher” late last year, which copped spins and support from legends across the spectrum of house music such as SECOND CITY, AMINE EDGE & DANCE, LAIDBACK LUKE, PEKING DUK, WHAT SO NOT, ANNA LUNOE, THE ASTON SHUFFLE, ZEDS DEAD, JAKWOB, HEAVYFEET and MARTIN IKIN – the chemistry was too good to not take further, and boy are we sure glad they did!
 
Combining Declase’s soulful vocal hooks and energy with some bass-driven groove, combining a future-driven sound with throwback percussive elements and some feet-shuffling steez, the original cut is sure to be sparking some vibe off the blocks.
 
The hot fiyahh remix package brings proper house and bass weaponry with UK young-gun YOUAN providing a killer bass-heavy cut, THE GOLDEN BOY coming off the back of remixing MK’s “Always” with some smooth and pressure-building future sounds, rounded off with Aussie boy AIRWOLF getting low with a pitched-down vocal dub take.

Rektchordz & Sean Declase - Love For Good (The Golden Boy Remix)

Early March will see Champion Records offer up ‘Only One’ from Xandl, comprising three
versions of the lead cut.

Saint Petersburg based DJ and Producer Xandl is a relatively new name to most having only stepped
onto the scene in 2013 via releases on Spirit Soul and Snippet Recordings, but the early stages of his
career have seen him pick up support from the likes of Amine Edge, Coyu, Kolombo and Newbie
Nerdz. Here we see the budding producer push on with a fresh new single for the long running,
London-based label Champion Records.

First up on the package is the ‘Radio Edit’ of ‘Only One’, which as the name would suggest cuts the
original track’s vibe back to a direct three and a half minute injection of modern house.

The ‘Original Mix’ of ‘Only One’ follows which sees Xandl employ an infectious, contemporary house
style, fusing emotive chord progressions and bright vocal lines with swinging rhythms and a gritty
square wave bass hook. Xandl takes a classic format and instills a charming contemporary aesthetic
here, making for a widespread appeal with this heavy hitter.

Following on the latter half of the package is the ‘Dub’ take of ‘Only One’ rounding things off by tipping
things over to a more club-focused feel.

Xandl’s ‘Only One’ is out on Champion Records 8th March 2015.
