'Raw' is really raw! The release starts with this peak time underground vibe.
Funky clean drums, pumpin' bassline with acid taste and to join this combo, trippy chords all over. The spoken voice gives the final touch to it.

Plaato's 'Raw' remix keeps the original drum elements and twists it with a deeper vibe.
Very smooth sounds.

This man is truly a hard worker in music production. His friends complain that he can’t stop writing new music even at their home parties, where all girls go wild when they hear signature Gronery style. No surprise, because Artem has been making music for more than 10 years now. Starting with making beats on legendary eJay DAW in the ghetto of Krasnoyarsk (Siberia, Russia) he studied on his own what groove is. Being in progress, using new hardware such as MPC and synths Artem started his experiments with electronic music. After moving to Moscow Gronery crystallized his own sound and all boundaries between styles were finally erased. Now he is more into making fat hip-hop beats, super dope deep & tech house.

Segment EP it’s practically an album of selected tracks, which were written in the last 3 years. We collected significant part of club ready bombs from Artem’s Ableton projects for your prime time gigs plus added super heavy remix from DJ Max (Sergei Timoshenko, art-director of legendary Propaganda Moscow Club) to wrap up this release finally. Exciting times for Freddie Glitch. Not only has he hit upon a rich vein of creative inspiration and loving every second of being in the studio making music. this young man from Amsterdam also seems to be inadvertently, or maybe purposefully, shaping a fresh direction for the Amsterdam deep house scene.

Taking up influences from Chicago via Detroit and San Fransisco and with a broad knowledge of deep house, jazz, funk, soul and disco that goes way beyond his years, he managed to get close links and residencies at the Deep House Amsterdam movement as well as at the famous online magazine Overdose.am. His beats got support from names like Pete Tong, Shadow Child, Alle Farben, Waze & Odyssey, Nachtbraker, Jamie Trench and many others and brought him and Fewture bookings all over Europe. Among others, his sets were heard at P!TCH Festival Amsterdam, Boothstock Festival Rotterdam, sinnmusik*’s warehouse parties in Barcelona, the infamous LOK parties at Bourbon Dogs in Berlin and the Block Parties in Amsterdam’s Chicago Social club as well as all the major clubs in Amsterdam and Antwerp. Spring 2013 and 2016 even led him to China and Thailand where he did shows in all the leading underground venues in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dali and Kunming.

When Freddie performs, he confidently takes you on to an uncontrollable dancing state of mind, led by energetic jacking deep house beats in-fluxed with jazz and funk bits and with a love for vocal stabs throughout the whole set.
