We are proud to present our first Various Artists compilation where we celebrate the different eras of house music being our strongest label genre influence. On this release you will find the raw, the deep, the classic and the contemporary sound of Ritmo Terco.

The compilation starts with “Open The Sky” a trippy deep acid house by Joint4Nine who delivers his classic sound signature of broken beat programming and his particular way of sampling soul music which drives us into a mysterious and mind-blowing journey. The second track is a classic ravy feel good house where Jonahlo manipulates voices and creates special atmospheres with different harmonic changes in a unique way, letting us get into “That Feeling” of connecting with the people and music on a late night rave. Next in the line is our favorite duo Rush City who deliver two old school and vanguard tracks; “Interdance” is an 80’s house music tribute where 909 hypnotic drums patterns, catchy TB303 acid bass lines and progressive arpeggios make the perfect track for the dance floor. Last but not least “The Future Is Uncertain” is an electro broken beat track with sounds from far beyond of stratosphere that alludes a travel out of space.

The V.A cover art was designed by the great painter and jazz musician Sebastian Arango from Bogota (Colombia). “Laberintos” is an oil on canvas masterpiece that he describes as:
“To calm my anxiety and express my truth, I had to learn to love more the process than the final result by crossing mind and emotional labyrinths. You can only get out of them until you accept that you're lost”.

Melbourne based producer GREETINGS heads up Boots & Legs – an Italo focused label whose aesthetics float somewhere between yesterday and tomorrow – releasing records from Furor Exótica, Kayroy and more, and now he readies his Running Out Of Steam debut with four house and electro-fused dreamscapes.

Staying true to the label aesthetic of blending killer club grooves with introspective atmospherics, ‘ALONE’ is a cut of trance-licked house, M1 chords providing a disco-ball euphoria across the minimal, yet vibrant, soundscape. ‘Desires’ sees GREETINGS blend his admiration for Italo into a heavenly, 80s pop-ballroom experience designed for when the lights go on.

The B-side brings out the producer's electro influence; ‘That Was A Weird Summer’ is as Italo as it is otherworldly – a sound similar to what might be heard if aliens discovered disco – before ‘Don’t Die Wondering’ closes the curtain with a cut of stirring and transcendental analog-electro that's as rough as it is smooth.

PREMIERE: GREETINGS - Don't Die Wondering [Running Out Of Steam]

Italian producer Ruff Stuff - which has already released on labels like !K7, Shall Not Fade, Sloth Boogie, Madhouse - returns with a self produced record on his Ruff Stuff Music label.

The EP is a solid mixture of tracks showcasing 2 sides of the producer's sound: the more dancefloor oriented one on the A Side vs the deeper and housier one on the B side.

Each of the tracks expresses in its unique way Ruff's own style and inspiration: the A side is composed by DJ tools, with 'High Club Alive' inspired by French Touch and the deeper 'Badass Groove’.

On the B side you will find more complex arrangements, more brainy tunes, with a definite House and Acid vibe.

This is a truly masterful combination of tunes by Ruff Stuff.
