Excited to share with you my very first set of 2024, recorded live at Ratherlost party at LoFi, Amsterdam on January 1st, 2024. 
It was truly one of the best NY shows I've ever been a part of. The club was completely packed and on fire as I took over the decks following Quelza & Nørbak’s incredible B2B set. My aim was to keep this massive momentum going while leading the floor on a journey to get lost in the music. Hope you can feel this mood and energy from the recording. 

Special thanks to everyone who attended, and to Ratherlost for curating such phenomenal parties and granting me the opportunity to share this mix.

Irakli Kiziria is a much lauded cultural force in his chosen home Berlin. For over a decade, the Georgian transplant has been crafting a space somewhere between belligerent rhythm and ambient dreamscape with a growing number of influential projects to his name. His 10am-10pm STAUB parties offering legendary daytime gathering soundtracked by an incognito list of techno’s finest, and earlier collaboration in the form of I/Y also setting forth a voice and imprint to publish the work of consonant peers. More recently, his home-listening outlet Intergalactic Research Institute For Sound has funeled his energies towards a “dreamy, more abstract, 'intergalactic' music”. And it’s from this realm that this next Zenaari instalment emerges: a tripped-out reverie that walks his more delicate line. Zenaari Mix 016 weaves together gently waltzing piano interludes with the chiming of bells, lullaby warps with the analogue crackle of a vintage speaker and the confident strumming of a lute. Irakli given free-hand to explore his space in heavens and this is the result, an intimate augur for a promising future and 80-minute (all vinyl) podcast hued with the longing and strange.

“My goal is to make music that would have been played 25 years ago, can be played now, and will be played 25 years from now.”
Hailing from the northern-Italian city of Brescia, Bertrand. had his first
appearances behind the decks of clubs in Milan when he was still a teenager. After
spending time in NYC at the age of 21, where he studied music production under
electronic club music pioneers, he learned how to incorporate a wide spectrum of
influences and creating beyond the common means of electronic dance music. 


Bertrand.’s musical identity came into its own after relocating to Berlin, where he
developed his craft of story-telling via music production and particularly in his
unrelenting DJ sets, which skilfully combine electro, UK, break-beat, house, and
techno.


Bertrand. has brought both club & festival dancefloors to a frenzy djing across
Europe and the United states – yet he is equally as capable in the studio. His
restless nature and desire for technical perfection bleed into his productions of
bass-heavy futuristic soundscapes juxtaposed with more playful melodies have
been recognized by labels such as Ellen Allien's BPitch Control and Madalba's
Future Déjà Vu among others. He is a co-founder of the platform Kicks & Hugs.
