Die Faszination für elektronische Tanzmusik begann mit ersten Clubbesuchen im alter von 15 Jahren.
Schnell wurde klar das diese Form von Musik und zusammentreffen von Menschen eine besondere Wirkung von Freiheit und Inspiration auf ihn ausübte.

Die ersten klassischen DJ Sets ließen nicht lange auf sich warten, 2014 begann er regelmäßig Mixe zu veröffentlichen und auch Shows zu spielen.

Bis heute stehen diverse Auftritte zu Buche. Engagement und Residency bei der Klick Klack Partyreihe in Wismar, Mitbegründer und Resident beim Krach am Bach Festival in Thüringen sowie Gigs im Stampfland Lübeck als auch Auftritte beim Orange Sun Festival uvm...

Auch als Produzent von elektronischer Musik ist er mittlerweile tätig. Sein erstes Release " Good Pluck" erschien im April 2022. Deep, treibend mit einer gehörigen Portion Groove reißt das Stück seine Hörer mit und regt zur intensiven Bewegung an. Für das Jahr 2022 stehen noch weitere Veröffentlichungen auf dem Plan.

Im Augenmerk seiner Sets und Produktionen steht vorrangig tanzbarkeit, das Erlebnis für Zuhörer mit auf eine Reise genommen zu werden. Als Künstler und Musiksammler der sich von klassischer House Music bis hin zu derben Techno Produktionen gleichermaßen inspirieren lässt, entstehen Symbiosen die nicht immer alltäglich scheinen und einen besonderen Reiz ausüben.

Sein Motto erscheint daher durchaus plausibel:

The first steps to musical self-realization he made already at the age of 15. Through the first experiences he gained while producing, the love for electronic music grew - and the urge to bring this love closer to others. So the native Berliner came to the turntables and started. Between Melodic Techno and Progressive House, LUEKING has found its own style and continues to evolve. ▌I What’s your history with music in general and DJ-ing especially?
justUS - that means something like: my music and stories for everyone - just us! Born and raised in Berlin, drawn back to the hometown of techno after an exciting and inspiring time away from home, on the high seas. I got influenced by different styles & cultural aspects. Let the sailor to the helm, give yourself fully to the musical journey around the world. 

In 2018 I founded the collective 'Beschäftigungstherapie' / BSTHP [Berlin Sound Therapy] with my partner in crime - the name says it all! The party series established itself as successfully as the podcast series in the Berlin underground. My references include the colorful bouquet of the Berlin club scene. Musical excursions to other European capitals, but also international & exotic places in the past. Further, I´m also a permanent fixture and resident at Ritter Butzke.

▌II How would you describe your style?
My music can be described as impulsive, profound and melodic narratives - progressive and driving indie dance beats with a melodic techno kick consolidate the storys I tell you.

▌III Was trinkst du beim Auflegen im Club?
Discoschorle = sparkling prosecco + energie.

With his unique sound signature Simon Bolando brings goosebumps to the Techno dancefloor. While his electronic musical roots originated in Trance and Psytrance, he found his way to Dark Minimal Techno, which nowadays uses many psychedelic elements. He subtly constructs his own sound characteristic with a steady drive and a dark but at all times euphoric harmony. After his first gig at Flensburgs biggest Techno club, the Kulturwerkstatt Kühlhaus, he became deeply committed to electronic dance music. Playing at different festivals and clubs he gained experience and further developed his individual musical style. Because of his passion for the sound of Techno and his dedication to prove a strong work ethic, the future seems promising. Simons debut EP will be released soon.

Jonas has just started his latest and final project „Jonas K“ last year and is already getting some major support from big names in the industry like Miss Monique, Brigado Crew and Nihil Young. His sound focusses on melodic vibes and driving baselines. Most of the tracks on this episode are produced or remixed by himself. 

His journey in electronic music started more than 10 years ago. Touching a lot of genres on his way before purely focussing on melodic techno and house is reflected in the diversity of his productions and his DJ-Sets. There is a lot of new stuff to come, so he is well worth checking.
