Beyond the horizon,
The light slowly fades away,
The breeze gently whispers

Footprints disappear,
Leaving only memories behind,
In the glow of the sunset,
I stand still.

At the edge of September’s glow,
The starlight is dim,
The waves lull me to sleep,
And I drift into the calm.

In this moment,
As if everything has paused,
I stand here,
In the fading light.
